Build Out - The final stages!!!

                                                                  Tired Helpers

Hello everyone!  We are far from finished, so it was very much a relief to be writing checks for huge amounts as our short-term contractors finish up.  Today,  we entertained Copeland's Carpets (great job!), Boltwood Plumbing (also great job), and received a generous donation of furniture for the parent lounge, if we can help move it in the morning.

Are we done?  Nope.  Are we close? Nope.  But now that we have plumbing and AC that works.... it's work party time!! For anyone who wants to volunteer some time in the next four days, here are the things that need to still be done:

Moving construction equipment out of Studio B (the little one)

replacing the panels in the light fixtures and getting the bugs out of them

Paint touch up around the upper and lower perimeters of Studio A

painting bathrooms and hallways (our contractor is very finicky about professional jobs - it's a commercial building and they have to keep to code - so he might nix the amateur painting)

Laying the sprung wood floor in Studio B

Helping move furniture in the Thursday A.M. and possibly Friday A.M.

Helping construct furniture from Ikea and Sams.

Moving my office out of my car and into my office, after the door gets re-located.

Helping mount the barres

Helping lay the Marley

Planting some little, drought resistant plants with tidy growing habits in the front garden.

Whatever you feel moved to do, will be appreciated.  Even if it's just bringing snacks to the Grand Opening, or dropping by with water for the workers.

For the first time today,  I could see how comfortably this studio is going to fit us as a group.  It's going to be wonderful.
